Gigabyte has just introduced two new laptops with integrated artificial intelligence (AI), including Aero X16 and Gaming A16. These are the next devices in the company's strategy to expand the AI laptop ecosystem in 2025, in addition to previously launched models such as Aorus Master 16 and 18.

Both laptops use the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 GPU for laptops, Blackwell architecture applications and DLSS 4 technology for AI acceleration. GiMATE Assistant - Gigabyte's built-in AI engine - allows voice control of the system and supports operational optimization, including security tasks and performance allocation.
The Aero X16 is designed for mobile work, content creation, and multitasking. Weighing 1.9 kg and 16.75 mm thick, it features a 16-inch WQXGA display with a 92% screen-to-body ratio. The display is Pantone Validated and TÜV Rheinland certified. It also supports AI tools like Cocreator and Generative Fill, and comes with a WINDFORCE Infinity cooling system that uses dual fans and quiet operation technology.
Meanwhile, the Gaming A16 is aimed at mainstream users and students, with a weight of 2.2 kg, a 16-inch WQXGA screen with a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a 180-degree flat hinge. The device supports GPU switching via MUX Switch and uses a Windforce cooling system with a dome vent design and an Icy Touch area.
Both models have up to 14 hours of battery life, support Power Delivery 3.0 fast charging and are equipped with Dolby Atmos sound. The keyboard uses a Golden Curve design with 1.7mm key travel and extended keycaps, suitable for multiple uses such as work, study and entertainment.
