Muong singing is not only a form of entertainment, but also a means to convey stories and feelings that bring many emotions in people's daily lives. Later, with the help of the commune in terms of funding and mobilizing people who know how to sing in Muong, the club was established. The first purpose of the club's activities is to satisfy the spirit during the occasions of exchange, meeting and conveying happy messages, instructing children and grandchildren to strive for beauty and goodness through singing.

With 43 members, including 10 men, the club members are mainly aged 50 and over, the oldest member is Mr. Bui Van Bien, born in 1958. The club meets 2-3 times a month. Regularly organizes exchanges with clubs inside and outside the province such as: Ngoc Son Muong singing club, Dai Dong club (Lac Son), Van Son club (Tan Lac)... Muong singing exchanges not only create opportunities for club members to perform and convey cultural values, but also help spread interest and love for ethnic culture to everyone. At the same time, it contributes to preserving and promoting Muong ethnic culture, helping the younger generation and the community understand and love the value and beauty of Muong singing.

Muong singing does not require elaborate costumes. The lyrics are diverse, from antiphonal songs put together into sentences, into singing sets instead of confidences. Love songs tell stories about love, family, work. Hat ran often has themes about crops, praising the land, praising the Muong, asking about and praising the homeland, country, and village.

Through the attention and support from the Party Committee, the government and the solidarity of the community, we can preserve and develop Muong singing culture so that it will always be an indispensable part of the diversity of Vietnamese culture. In the coming time, the commune hopes to receive attention and support from all levels and sectors so that the club can be maintained and developed.
