Amidst the tension of the lawsuit, singer Bich Tuyen's husband still sings Dam Vinh Hung's "hit" song

On the evening of May 31, Mr. Gerard Williams - singer Bich Tuyen's husband held a year-end party with relatives and family. During the party, he did something related to singer Dam Vinh Hung that attracted public attention.

On the evening of December 31 (Vietnam time), Mr. Gerard Williams and singer Bich Tuyen held a party in Newport Beach. The party was attended by relatives and family of Bich Tuyen and her husband. While singing karaoke, Mr. Gerard Richard Williams performed the song Xin loi tinh yeu by musician Minh Nhien. This is also the song associated with the name of singer Dam Vinh Hung. He performed the song with a powerful and emotional voice.

This action of Mr. Gerard Williams has attracted public attention. Currently, he and Dam Vinh Hung are in litigation.

Mr. Gerard Richard Williams has expressed his love for Vietnamese music many times. He was also a guest at Dam Vinh Hung's music night Ngay em den sao troi (Day em den sao troi ). He even sang a duet with Dam Vinh Hung on the song Xin loi tinh yeu (Love Sorry) at several events.

Recently, Mr. Gerard Richard added 2 more lawyers in the lawsuit with Dam Vinh Hung. With the reason of giving the lawyers enough time to get acquainted and approach the case, Bich Tuyen's husband's side requested the court to add 60 days to respond to the lawsuit from Dam Vinh Hung. The above request was approved by the court and the deadline for Mr. Gerard Williams's side to respond to the lawsuit is February 25, 2025. Currently, the number of lawyers of Gerard Williams in the lawsuit with Dam Vinh Hung is 6 people.

Currently there are 2 different files, the first is Dam Vinh Hung's lawsuit against Gerard Williams demanding 50 million USD in compensation. The second file is Gerard Williams cross-suing Dam Vinh Hung for negligence and destruction of private property with a compensation fee of 1 USD and 1 USD in court fees.

Mr. Gerard Richard Williams' cross-lawsuit against Dam Vinh Hung to the California Supreme Court (USA), consisting of 34 pages, was sent by the lawyer on December 2. On December 9, the technology giant added 338 pages to the lawsuit, including the content of messages, images, emails... refuting the accusations from Dam Vinh Hung.

On February 19, while attending a party at Gerard Williams’ mansion, singer Dam Vinh Hung was hit in the foot by debris from a concrete fountain when he attempted to sit on it. The fountain was used as a stage and an outdoor drink stand but was broken during the event.

After that, Dam Vinh Hung asked Mr. Gerard Richard Williams (51 years old) - singer Bich Tuyen's husband to compensate an amount of about 15 million USD, causing a stir in public opinion. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff Hung Huynh (known by his stage name as singer Dam Vinh Hung) accused Mr. Gerard Richard Williams of failing to ensure the safety of guests at a party held at a mansion in Newport Coast (California, USA) in February 2024.

Next, singer Bich Tuyen said that she and her husband are currently not compromising on the amount of compensation that Dam Vinh Hung is demanding, which is 15 million USD. "Regarding Dam Vinh Hung's lawsuit of 15 million USD, my husband has done nothing wrong to demand such a large amount of compensation. We will go to court, and will not negotiate or compromise with Dam Vinh Hung."

However, on December 4, Dam Vinh Hung officially announced that he had withdrawn the lawsuit and would not re-file the lawsuit. He wanted both himself and billionaire Gerard William to apologize to each other as well as to the audience. The male singer only apologized in general, without directly mentioning the female singer Bich Tuyen and her husband. Dam Vinh Hung also admitted that he had "made incorrect decisions that were completely contrary to his true self".

After that, billionaire Gerard Williams demanded that singer Dam Vinh Hung apologize to him and his family, including his parents-in-law and children, along with compensation of 1 USD by January 2, 2025, otherwise he would sue Dam Vinh Hung.

On the morning of December 18 (Vietnam time), Mr. Dung Taylor said that the California Supreme Court (USA) rejected singer Dam Vinh Hung's request to withdraw the lawsuit, the lawsuit was restored and started again.
