Contribute to promoting people's intelligence

On October 15, 2025, the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress were announced, starting a period of widespread public consultation.

With the role and responsibility of a Party newspaper, Nhan Dan Newspaper has been implementing many creative and diverse activities to contribute to bringing the Draft to all cadres, party members and people of all walks of life, absorbing comments and contributions from the grassroots, contributing to perfecting strategic orientations for the country's development in the new period.

On the morning of October 28, a working delegation of Nhan Dan Newspaper in coordination with Vietnam Post Corporation led by Comrade Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association , visited and worked at the cultural post offices of Dong Du commune (Hanoi), Da Trach and Hong Nam commune (Hung Yen). These are 3 out of 7,146 cultural post offices nationwide where Nhan Dan Newspaper and Vietnam Post Corporation coordinated to introduce the full text of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress as well as receive people's comments on the Draft.

At cultural post offices nationwide, the supplement publishing the full text of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, published by Nhan Dan Newspaper, is solemnly displayed in a central location to ensure the best service for cadres, party members and people who come to learn, research and discuss.

At the destinations, the working delegation noted the lively exchange atmosphere, sharing the people's deep concern with the contents of the draft Document.

Sharing with the people, comrade Le Quoc Minh said that preparations for the 14th National Party Congress were being vigorously implemented. In particular, information and propaganda work is extremely important, especially in the context of increasing false and fabricated information on social networking platforms. Therefore, the mainstream press, including Nhan Dan Newspaper, must promote its role as the Party's mouthpiece, providing accurate and timely information and orienting public opinion. Participating in the propaganda work and collecting public opinions on the draft Document, Nhan Dan Newspaper has published for free a 24-page supplement printing the full text of the draft Document and a 4-page supplement outlining 18 new points (with integrated QR codes), promptly delivered to commune cultural post offices, as well as Party cells and all classes of people.

Present at the Dong Du commune cultural post office, Mr. Hoang Van Khoa (54 years old) acknowledged that printing and distributing draft documents and spreading them to people through the commune cultural post offices is a new and innovative way. Printing a separate supplement helps people have time to read carefully, understand more deeply, and from there have appropriate comments.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Boi (79 years old, 57 years of party membership) confided that he had read the draft document in a number of newspapers, however he was very impressed with the supplement of Nhan Dan Newspaper because the content of the draft document was presented scientifically and printed solemnly, with thorough annotations.

In order to effectively contribute ideas to the draft documents of the 14th Congress, Mr. Tran Thanh Hoa (87 years old, 57 years of Party membership), cultural post office of Da Trach commune, proposed that in addition to the role of press and media agencies such as Nhan Dan Newspaper, there is also a need for the active participation of mass organizations. At the same time, he also emphasized the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members in mobilizing the masses to participate and contribute their intelligence to complete the draft documents.

At the cultural post office of Hong Nam commune, the participation in exchanging and giving comments on the draft document by youth union members brought a youthful and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Duong Thi Thanh Vy (20 years old), a student at the Academy of Journalism and Communication, expressed: Previously, Vy rarely read printed newspapers, but thanks to the special publications, innovations and digital technology applications of Nhan Dan Newspaper on the occasions of commemorating major holidays in the past, she has become more interested in printed newspapers, and has the motivation to learn about historical and cultural issues, as well as political and social issues, thereby improving understanding, strengthening national pride and patriotism. With the peak period of collecting comments on the draft Document, Vy was very impressed with the way Nhan Dan Newspaper implemented it, and will spread the content of the draft Document to her friends to join in contributing their intelligence to its completion.

At the meeting, Mr. Chu Quang Hao, General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation, said that the unit will provide maximum support in bringing the draft document to remote areas through commune cultural post offices, turning each commune cultural post office into a lively democratic forum, promoting the intelligence of all classes of people to contribute to the development of the country.

Previously, implementing the Party Central Committee's direction on information and propaganda work to serve the 14th National Congress of the Party, Nhan Dan Newspaper urgently deployed the Point of introducing the Draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and received comments on the draft from a large number of people right on the newspaper's campus, facing Hoan Kiem Lake. The solemn and attractive space quickly attracted public attention, becoming an interactive point, helping readers to learn about the content of the draft documents and send comments via the Congress website or QR application. The newspaper also organized a discussion "Getting comments on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party", gathering many experts, intellectuals and the young generation.

The activities to collect comments on the draft document aim to promote collective intelligence and arouse the sense of responsibility of all classes of people for the country's development in the new period. The mobilization of this total strength not only enriches the content of the document, meets the requirements of reality, but also strengthens the trust of the masses, creating momentum for the new development period, where every citizen is a subject in the development. The process of listening to people's comments is a vivid proof that the Party's strength lies in its close connection with the people. Every contribution from each individual, no matter how small, contributes to perfecting the document, for a prosperous, happy country, striving in the new era.
