At the meeting, leaders of Ha Giang province thoroughly grasped a number of contents related to the activities of communes and wards after the arrangement of commune-level administrative units to ensure that the new communes operate smoothly, without interruption, effectively and efficiently.
At the same time, listen to and resolve issues arising from practice when new communes come into operation, especially those related to organization and personnel work; the transfer of cadres from places with surplus to places with shortage, from provincial sectors to communes; the development of operating regulations; material facilities; and preparations for organizing commune-level party congresses.
Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh requested the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee, and the City Party Committee to review all tasks from now until June 30 to transfer them to the communes. Establish working groups, whose members are expected to hold key leadership positions in the communes after the arrangement, create conditions for the team of cadres to get acquainted, get in tune with the work at the grassroots level, and prepare conditions for facilities, workplaces, and accommodations.

Conduct a review of the material conditions, ensure that the Party committees, authorities, and organizations of communes and wards are able to operate immediately, especially the conditions of internet, electricity, and working equipment. Promptly resolve the regime and policies for cadres who request to resign according to the regime.
The Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee requested 219 Standing members of the Party Committees of 73 communes and wards to firmly grasp the policies, principles, and practical situations at the grassroots level to carry out leadership, direction, and deployment of tasks at the communes after the administrative unit rearrangement.
Closely follow the grassroots, review the tasks that need to be implemented to have a specific implementation plan, and assign tasks to the staff when the new commune-level apparatus comes into operation.
Provincial departments and branches review the areas under their management to issue documents guiding communes in implementation.

On the same day, the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, the following comrades were appointed: Vu Van Hieu, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; La Dinh Dien, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, to hold the position of Deputy Office of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee.
