Hanoi ensures traffic safety for the Hanoi Convention signing ceremony

On October 23, the Hanoi Traffic Police Department rehearsed a plan to ensure traffic order and safety for the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (Hanoi Convention).

Early on, traffic police, commune-level police and military forces simultaneously deployed at traffic intersections on the route according to plan.

According to the scheduled schedule, the Hanoi Convention Opening Ceremony at the National Convention Center (Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi) will take place from October 25 to 26, 2025, with many State-level activities.

It is expected that about 40 delegations of heads of state and international organizations will attend this event.
