The incident was determined to have occurred at Cu Khe Primary School, Binh Minh, Hanoi .
According to some parents whose children study here, sometimes after school their children complain of stomach aches. Because of suspicions that the food at the school is "problematic", this morning representatives of the 2A class parents' committee came to conduct a surprise inspection and monitor the food supply to the school.
Parents checked and found many abnormalities in the food.
At the time of inspection of the Nhat Anh kitchen located at this school, parents said that the meat and peeled quail eggs had a foul smell. When the plastic bag was opened for a while, the meat smelled less. The fresh food was wrapped in plastic bags, not refrigerated, and transported by truck.
Immediately after that, the monitoring team requested to replace quail eggs with chicken eggs to prepare for students.
Immediately after the surprise inspection, the parties made a record in the presence of the Parents' Committee, delivery staff and medical staff, admitting that the food had an odor and replaced it with other food.
