Nearly 1,500 people, 24 groups marched at the Thanh Oai Commune Sports Festival

With the theme "Healthy to start a career and defend the country" and the spirit of "Solidarity - Honesty - Nobility - Progress", the Opening Ceremony of the 1st Thanh Oai Commune Sports Festival in 2025 is the parade to show off force - one of the most solemn rituals.

Each marching group is a color, a symbol of solidarity, youth and pride of Thanh Oai people towards the goal of building a civilized, rich and healthy homeland. These groups are: National Flag-carrying ceremonial team - Red flag with yellow star; Thanh Oai commune armed forces - Police, grassroots security and military; Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations; cadres, civil servants, workers; schools; health care; craft village group and representatives of villages, residential groups...

Next, athlete Le Dang Duc Viet, SEA Games 31 gold medalist, had the honor of carrying the torch to the stage, handing the sacred flame to Party Secretary and Chairman of the Commune People's Council Bui Hoang Phan to light the Congress torch.

Opening the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, Head of the Congress Organizing Committee Nguyen Hong Hai emphasized: The first Thanh Oai Commune Sports and Physical Training Congress is a political - cultural - sports event of special importance - a great festival for all people. In recent times, responding to the Campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho", Thanh Oai's physical training and sports movement has grown stronger and stronger, attracting a large number of cadres, party members, union members, union members and people of all ages to participate.

This congress had the participation of nearly 1,500 people, 24 groups marching to show their strength, special performances of drums, lion and dragon dances, health exercises, and many rich sports competitions.
