Hanoi allows extensions and changes in land use purposes at 148 Giang Vo.

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - The Hanoi People's Committee has adjusted the name of the land user at the 148 Giang Vo land plot from Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center One-Member Limited Liability Company to Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center Joint Stock Company.

The Hanoi People's Committee recently issued Decision No. 241 allowing the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center Joint Stock Company to adjust the name of the land user, extend the land use period, and change the land use purpose of nearly 68,383 square meters of land at 148 Giang Vo Street, Giang Vo Ward, Ba Dinh District, to implement a mixed-use commercial, service, and cultural complex project.

According to the decision, the name of the land user in Decision No. 654 and Decision No. 5454 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City is adjusted from Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center One-Member Limited Liability Company to Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center Joint Stock Company.

At the same time, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City extended the land use term for Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center Joint Stock Company, from January 30, 2018 (the expiration date of the land lease according to Decision No. 5454 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City) until the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City signs the Decision to change the land use purpose.

In addition, the Hanoi People's Committee has allowed the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose of nearly 68,383 square meters of land, which had been extended, to commercial and service purposes to implement the mixed-use commercial, service, and cultural complex project.

Out of a total of nearly 68,383 square meters of land, over 40,435 square meters are designated for mixed-use development, combining commercial, service, and office spaces. The land use form is state-owned land leased with a one-time payment for the entire lease period. The lease term is 50 years from the date of signing the land lease decision.

The project includes over 8,814 square meters of land for a multi-level school. The land use form is state-owned land leased with annual rent payments. The lease term is 50 years from the date of signing the land lease decision.

The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City assigns the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center Joint Stock Company the responsibility to use the leased land area within the boundaries and in accordance with regulations; to position the construction project correctly according to the approved plan and construction permit; and to implement the investment project in accordance with the laws on land, investment, construction, environment, and the regulations of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
