Bac Ninh starts construction on 4 major projects and works to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.

(CLO) The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued Plan No. 165/KH-UBND on organizing the groundbreaking ceremony for large-scale and significant projects and works to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party on December 19, 2025.

According to the plan, Bac Ninh province has 4 large-scale projects and works scheduled to commence on December 19, 2025, to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. These projects include:

The Que Vo II Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Investment Project - Phase 2 by Nhan Dat Tien Limited Liability Company.

The project involves the investment, construction, and operation of infrastructure in the Phuc Son Industrial Park by Le Delta Joint Stock Company.

The social housing construction project in the VSIP Bac Ninh Urban and Service Area is being undertaken by VSIP Bac Ninh Limited Liability Company.

The social housing project in Nam Ngan village, Quang Chau commune, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province (now Nenh ward, Bac Ninh province) is developed by Newstar Housing and Urban Development Joint Stock Company.

Of these, two projects registered with the Ministry of Construction are expected to organize direct and online connection points with the central government: the Investment Project for the Development of Infrastructure in Que Vo II Industrial Park - Phase 2 and the Investment Project for the Construction and Business of Infrastructure in Phuc Son Industrial Park.

This is an important political event to summarize the 5-year period (2021-2025) of implementing the strategic breakthrough in developing a synchronous and modern infrastructure according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, affirming the socio-economic achievements and creating new momentum for the next development phase - marking a major political milestone for the country and the province to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party.
