According to the Hanoi Tourism Association, the trend of Vietnamese people traveling abroad is increasing rapidly, especially to markets with unique cultures and rich experiences. Introducing Greek products is considered a move to expand the connection network, supporting Vietnamese businesses to access potential international markets.
In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Manh Than, Chairman of the Hanoi Tourism Association, affirmed that Bloom Group's proposal to bring Greek products to the Vietnamese market opens up many prospects for cooperation. Mr. Nguyen Manh Than suggested that the two sides soon implement famtrip programs to enhance mutual understanding, and hoped that Bloom Group would come up with a suitable price policy to facilitate Vietnamese travel businesses in building tours and bringing tourists to Greece.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Than also asked the Greek Embassy in Vietnam to facilitate visa issuance, and Turkish Airlines to support Vietnamese passengers during their transit in Türkiye. In addition, he hoped that Greece would actively promote Vietnamese tourism to increase the number of two-way visitors.
Appreciating the initiative to connect new markets, Mr. Ha Van Sieu, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, said that Greece is one of the world's famous destinations, possessing a complete tourism service system and rich cultural identity. The fact that the Hanoi Tourism Association stands up to connect Vietnamese businesses with Turkish and Greek partners demonstrates the initiative of the capital's tourism industry in expanding the international market.

“The National Tourism Administration supports initiatives to open new routes to create more travel options for Vietnamese tourists, and expects the number of Greek tourists to Vietnam to increase in the coming time,” Mr. Ha Van Sieu emphasized.
At the event, Mr. Christos Chatzopoulos, Deputy Head of the Greek Embassy in Vietnam, said that in 2024, Greece will welcome about 131 million international visitors. With its Mediterranean climate, unique landscapes and rich cultural heritage, Greece continues to maintain its appeal to global tourists. The Vietnamese market is considered by Greece to have potential, with a target of 30% growth in the number of visitors in the coming time.

Mr. Theodoros Sotiridis, Director of Bloom Group, introduced in detail the Greek tourism products, including the connecting Vietnam - Greece and the combined Vietnam - Greece - Türkiye routes. Ms. Jackie Chen, tour operator of Bloom Group, shared the advantages of land tour products that help Vietnamese businesses manage costs, provide flexible services and improve customer experience.
The event is considered to contribute to promoting multilateral cooperation between Vietnamese tourism enterprises and international partners, especially in developing new products and diversifying markets. This is also an important preparation step for the Vietnamese tourism industry to accelerate the exploitation of the outbound tourist segment in the current period of recovery and strong growth.
