According to information from the Department of Education and Training, round 2 of this year's recruitment attracted 1,602 candidates to participate in the exams including oral and written exams.
As a result, 259 candidates passed the exam according to the provisions of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants. In addition, 12 candidates passed the exam according to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP of the Government regulating policies to attract and promote talented people to work in agencies, organizations and units of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations.

Completing the recruitment period on schedule is considered an important step to help the Ha Tinh Education sector supplement quality human resources, meet the teaching needs of schools, and contribute to the successful implementation of the roadmap to improve the quality of comprehensive education in the coming period.
To meet the teaching and learning needs for the 2025-2026 school year and the following years, based on the advice of the Department of Education and Training, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province previously approved a plan to recruit 279 teachers for preschool, primary, secondary, high school, vocational education and continuing education centers. Of which, high schools recruit 7 teachers (1 teacher quota according to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP of the Government stipulating policies to attract and promote talented people to work in Party, State, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations); vocational education and continuing education centers recruit 4 teachers.
For preschool, primary and secondary school levels, Ha Tinh recruits 268 teachers, of which 36 are preschool teachers, 180 are primary school teachers, and 52 are secondary school teachers.
