The accident happened at around 11am on Saturday (local time). The bus was en route to Kuala Lumpur when it skidded, hit the median and overturned.

Bernama news agency said the 32-year-old bus driver did not have a driving license. Bentong police chief Zaiham Mohd Kahar said the driver had been summoned 27 times for various traffic violations.
There were 21 people on the bus, including 18 Chinese nationals, the driver and two tour guides. The two men who died at the scene were identified as Zhang Ping, 58, and Wang Shuhong, 49. Both suffered head injuries, Zaiham said.
Other Chinese passengers, along with the driver and two tour guides, were taken to hospital.
Resorts World Genting said in a Facebook post that the bus was owned by a third-party operator, and the tourists were from Yunnan, China.
The accident has led to calls for local transport authorities to tighten safety measures.
The Star reported that other injured passengers in the vehicle were taken to various hospitals in the area, and some remain in critical condition.
The New Straits Times interviewed several surviving passengers, who described the horrific scene as the bus began to slide and overturn.
According to the New Straits Times, the Malaysian government has ordered an urgent investigation into the accident to determine the cause and responsibility. The Malaysian Transport Minister has also announced that he will review the licensing and safety inspection process of tour bus operators.
