Inspecting the actual situation at the projects and constructions, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province acknowledged the active and urgent participation of the investors and contractors. Mr. Chau requested Hai Duong city and Tu Ky district to speed up the site clearance progress, and the contractors to focus on human resources, materials and equipment to speed up the implementation progress. During the construction process, labor safety, traffic safety and environmental sanitation must be ensured.
Regarding the Ta Quang Buu apartment building investment project, Mr. Le Ngoc Chau requested the construction units to calculate the construction progress, complete the reconstruction of the detailed construction plan by June 5, and ensure the project is completed by 2025.
Emphasizing that the project to upgrade and expand provincial road 391 from Hai Duong city to the East-West axis road, Hai Duong province, in Hai Duong city and Tu Ky district is a key project of special significance serving the development of traffic and inter-regional connectivity, Mr. Chau requested localities to establish working groups, directly dialogue, and mobilize people to agree to hand over the site. The goal is to complete the handover of clean site to the construction contractor in June.
Inspecting the project to renovate and upgrade the extended provincial road 396 (the section connecting provincial road 391 to provincial road 390), the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province requested the construction unit to calculate and organize the construction reasonably, flexibly apply measures to remove difficulties arising during the implementation process, closely follow weather developments, have a scientific construction plan, speed up progress but still ensure the requirements on technical standards, aesthetics and safety of the project.
