Inspect the preparation of exam sites
Speaking with Tien Phong on June 11, Mr. Dinh Minh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong said that the 2025 high school graduation exam will take place from June 25-27.
The 2025 High School Graduation Examination Council of Hai Phong City established 49 examination sites. Of which, 39 examination sites are located at public high schools, 5 examination sites at non-public high schools, 5 examination sites at secondary schools and 1 examination site specifically for generaleducation 2006.
The city has 1,240 official examination rooms, with a total of more than 29,200 candidates. The city mobilized 3,800 officials, civil servants and public employees to participate in the organization and 400 officials, civil servants and public employees to grade the exams.
48 candidates are exempted from all high school graduation exams, including: students with severe disabilities, students with extremely severe disabilities, and students participating in the national Olympic and national science and technology teams participating internationally. In addition, 4,102 students are exempted from foreign language exams.
The Department has coordinated with the Department of Finance to develop a budget estimate of more than 11.1 billion VND for printing, supervision, and grading... Coordinate with districts to organize forces, facilities, and ensure security and safety at exam sites according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
At the same time, coordinate with the police and inspectors to participate in inspection teams to prepare for official examination sites.

Special candidate support
According to Mr. Dinh Minh Tuan, Examination Council 03 selected a location to print and copy exam papers to ensure security, safety, fire prevention and fighting, 3 independent isolation rings to meet the requirements according to regulations, and arranged generators ready to serve in case of a national power grid failure.
For examination sites with special candidates (who cannot write by themselves), the Examination Council has a plan for a separate examination room with 3 invigilators from different subjects, to supervise the examination and take notes for the candidates. Surveillance cameras and recording devices have been checked and sealed by the police force. The candidates' exam papers will be submitted sealed with the recording device and camera memory card.
For students who need to use personal medical devices (hearing aids), the Examination Council has developed a plan to coordinate with the police force to inspect, review the devices, and seal them before allowing candidates to use them in the examination room.
At the testing site in Cat Hai island district, the Department coordinated with the Border Guard force to prepare a plan to deliver test papers to the grading location in case of bad or unusual weather to ensure time and safety.
“To ensure the exam goes smoothly, the Department has coordinated with districts and schools to organize training on exam regulations for staff involved in the exam. At the same time, training on exam regulations for the 2025 high school graduation exam will be organized for leaders of the Department of Education and Training, Heads of exam sites, Principals and Vice Principals of schools where the exam sites are located,” said Mr. Dinh Minh Tuan.
The Deputy Director of the Hai Phong Department of Education and Training also said that regarding the plan to transport and hand over exam papers from the printing and copying point to the exam location, the Examination Council established 5 teams, including: police force, supervisors and members.
During transportation, the exam papers are kept in a sealed box. The delivery and receipt of the exam papers are recorded under the supervision and witness of the police and inspectors.
Regarding the plan to preserve exam questions and papers, the Department has directed the examination sites to arrange a separate room, and exam questions and papers are kept in separate cabinets and sealed.
The room is equipped with cameras that cover all items containing exam papers and test papers.
