To contribute to removing difficulties and limiting the impacts of the US Government's tariff policy on the production and business activities of enterprises, the Customs Department requires the heads of regional customs branches to meet, discuss, and learn about the difficulties and problems of enterprises with goods exported and imported to the US to find solutions, and at the same time grasp the recommendations of enterprises to the customs agency and the ministries managing the industry and fields.

Heads of regional customs branches assign officers at customs offices at seaports, airports, and industrial parks to be on duty 24/7, especially during the 3-day ceremony (from April 5 to 7), to facilitate immediate customs clearance for imported raw materials, supplies, machinery, and equipment for production and export products.
