Two super cruise ships bring about 3,400 tourists to Ha Long

Immediately after docking, visitors join a journey to explore famous destinations such as Quang Ninh Museum, city tour to experience culture, cuisine and many other tourist attractions in Ha Long city.

The group will visit Hanoi , Hai Phong city and the countryside of Vinh Bao district (Hai Phong). The Celebrity Solstice will leave Ha Long Bay at 5pm on November 14, ending its trans-Vietnam journey by sea to return to Hong Kong (China). From now until the end of the year, this ship will return to Ha Long 4 more times.

According to the registration schedule, another luxury international cruise ship named Regatta will dock at Ha Long International Cruise Port at 6:30 a.m. on November 14 with about 600 passengers from Europe and the US.

Entering the 2023 cruise tourism season, Ha Long International Passenger Port has continuously welcomed large-scale passenger ships to visit Ha Long Bay and tourist destinations in Quang Ninh. In the last 2 months of the year alone, 16 large cruise ships have registered to dock. International tourists traveling by cruise will supplement and enrich the source of tourists to Quang Ninh in particular and Vietnam in general when entering the low season of domestic tourism .

A representative of Ha Long International Passenger Port said that up to now, the number of ships registered to dock in 2024 has been nearly 60 with over 70,000 passengers. Passenger ships registered to dock in 2024 belong to many large and world-famous brands such as Mein Schiff 5 and 6, Celebrity Solstice, Noordam, MSC Splendida, Westerdam... The port is ready to welcome international passenger ships, by re-checking the wharf, fire prevention and fighting equipment, landscape decoration, arranging convenient locations for guests to access more products and services such as: Double-decker bus, electric car to transport visitors to Ha Long city...
