30 years is not just a milestone. It is a journey long enough to witness a generation of ILA students grow up and take steady steps in life. And now, that generation of students returns with a new role: as parents, bringing their children to continue the journey that began right here.
When a former student holds the hand of their child and walks through the doors of ILA, it is not just a return but a trust-filled entrustment. It is also a memory awakened in the laughter of children, a love and beliefin education that is preserved and continued from generation to generation. At ILA, education does not end after a course but is nurtured by experience, by inspiration for lifelong learning and by trust.
For ILA, education is “heritage”

Heritage is not only in tangible material values, but also exists in intangible things such as thinking, language, courage to commit and belief in knowledge. For ILA, education is not simply about imparting knowledge, but a journey to nurture the spirit of lifelong learning, arousing curiosity, courage and awareness of an open world where every student can confidently step out and make a difference.
Three decades have passed, and many students who grew up at ILA have returned. They appear in different roles: classroom teachers, brand ambassadors, or even parents who bring their children to follow in their footsteps. They bring with them not only beautiful memories, but also the continuation of a belief - that ILA is the place to sow aspirations, preserve the core values of modern education, and spread it through their own lives.
Each return journey is an affirmation of the lasting vitality of the “educational heritage” that ILA has cultivated - where knowledge is passed on not only through lectures, but also through inspiration, love and connection between generations.
When education becomes the bond

MC Tran Quoc Khanh is the first generation of ILA students. More than 20 years ago, when he was still a student with a dream of studying abroad, he came to ILA to prepare his language and integration mindset. “I didn’t just learn English at ILA. I learned how to think in English, how to present, debate and work in a global environment,” he recalls. Those skills not only helped him get into a study program in the US, but also helped him succeed in his current job, where language is not only a means, but also a bridge between culture and thinking.
Today, as a father, he continues to choose ILA as the place where his daughter begins her journey of learning English. “When many young people ask me: Do you have to study abroad to speak English fluently? I always answer: it doesn’t matter where you start, but where you start right. For me, that place is ILA”. Mr. Khanh shared: “Returning to ILA is not just a choice, but a natural continuation, from learner to inspirer, from one generation to the next”.
Ms. Minh Ha, a former ILA student from the first years in Ho Chi Minh City, also has a deep connection. As a former Smart Teens student, then a teaching assistant, ILA was the first place where she learned how to speak English in front of a crowd and overcame her language insecurities in high school. After many years, when she got married and had children, she quickly decided to send her daughter to study at ILA - the place where she dreamed, studied, and grew up.
“What makes me trust ILA is not just the curriculum or the teachers, but the underlying values, such as confidence, critical thinking skills, a progressive attitude… that my child will be inspired by,” she shared. Watching her daughter spell the English alphabet, she felt like she saw herself 20 years ago sitting in her first class, opening up a new world with her first words.
Trust is built over the years

The stories of Mr. Khanh, Ms. Ha and hundreds of other parents are weaving a deep bond between generations of students. ILA is not only a place to study, but also a place to return to, to trust, and to entrust dreams to continue.
For many parents, ILA is not simply a place where their children learn English, but a part of their journey to adulthood - a place that marks the first milestones, the first presentations, the small but proud certificates. ILA is not just an educational center, it is a part of their childhood, a place to preserve family memories, and a familiar place to return to when the next generation begins a new journey.
Lifetime Companion

Education is always the most invisible but valuable gift that parents can give their children, a gift that does not wear out over the years, but increases in value with each step of maturity.
And in that journey, ILA is proud to be a companion, not only imparting knowledge, but also inspiring life, learning and comprehensive development. Over the past thirty years, ILA has been silently extending the learning journey from generation to generation, so that each dream is not only nurtured, but also has a solid place to grow.
