On July 29th, the non-profit organization VinaCapital Foundation (VCF) and the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to launch a new phase of the "Opening the Way to the Future" project, titled "Opening the Way to the Future - The New Generation".
The project continues to support disadvantaged ethnic minority female students in their studies and life skills development, enabling them to become responsible citizens and positive contributors to changing their communities.
According to the plan, the project will award full scholarships for seven years, from 2025–2026 to the end of the 2031–2032 academic year, supporting students from high school until they complete their university studies.

Thirty-five ethnic minority female students nationwide with outstanding academic achievements, a strong will to succeed, and a desire to contribute to their communities will receive scholarships (covering tuition fees, living expenses, soft skills training programs, and career guidance...).
The project also prioritizes female students who are passionate about and aspire to pursue STEM ( science , technology, engineering, and mathematics) and medicine, fields that play a key role in Vietnam's digital transformation and sustainable development.
From the first signing ceremony, former Vice President and Chairwoman of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, Truong My Hoa, emphasized: "The signing ceremony is not just about paperwork, but about making a commitment from the heart. I hope that the ethnic minority female students who benefit from this project will have the opportunity to change their lives."
From 2010 to the present, the "Opening the Way to the Future" program has awarded scholarships to 100 ethnic minority female students in the first two phases, with a total budget of over 18.5 billion VND.

Notably, 100% of the students who received support completed high school and went on to university or college, with a graduation rate of 99%.
According to surveys, 90% to 100% of female graduates have found suitable employment, with many working in fields directly related to or closely related to their training.
Specifically, 9 students are working in the medical and pharmaceutical fields, 37 in economics , 16 in education, 14 in engineering and agriculture, and 19 in social sciences.
In particular, many female students have become positive agents of change in their communities and villages, inspiring and encouraging the younger generation to follow in their footsteps in education.
These figures demonstrate the practical and sustainable impact of the project in improving quality of life, expanding career development opportunities, and helping children become valuable resources for their families and communities.
