Hundreds of people "brave the rain" to reinforce Cam Nhuong sea embankment

More than 200 local officials and people were mobilized to reinforce 3 subsidence and landslide points on the sea embankment of Cam Nhuong commune (Cam Xuyen, Ha Tinh ).

After heavy rains over the past few days, the sea embankment of Cam Nhuong commune has 3 more subsidence points in Hai Nam village with an area of more than 70 square meters.

On the morning of September 28, despite the rainy weather, due to the urgency, the Cam Nhuong commune government mobilized more than 200 people, including officials of the commune People's Committee, militia and self-defense forces, people of Hai Nam village and officers and soldiers of Thien Cam Border Guard Station to reinforce the damaged embankment.

Accordingly, the local authorities have mobilized more than 50 blocks of stone to reinforce the subsidence points. The reinforcement work was urgently deployed to be completed by the morning of September 28 because of the high tide.
