Donating 1,500 poultry chicks to underprivileged students in coastal areas.

Today, April 11th, the Hai An Border Guard Station (Hai Lang District) and the Cua Tung Border Guard Station (Vinh Linh District) organized the handover of 1,500 poultry chicks of various types, initial feed, and veterinary medicine to 50 underprivileged students in the coastal areas of Hai An commune, Hai Lang district, and Cua Tung town, Vinh Thai commune. This gift was donated by poet Pham Van Anh, residing in Hanoi.

It is known that from 2020 to 2025, with the "Red Scarf Duckling" program, poet Pham Van Anh mobilized and supported more than 5,000 poultry breeds of various types for poor students, especially Van Kieu and Pa Ko ethnic minority students in Quang Tri province.

This activity aims to support disadvantaged student families in improving their livelihoods and meals, while also instilling a work ethic in students and encouraging them to strive for academic excellence.
