For more than 11 years with Generali Vietnam, Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Sang has experienced every level of the profession, from the difficult early days, through the stages of surpassing targets, to the moments of needing to make efforts to shoulder and inspire the whole team.
In 2024, as the Director of the General Agent Office (GAD), Ms. Sang always kept in mind the need to create a second home - a place where future leaders can grow up happily and sustainably. With the spirit of a "new GAD", she proactively recognized shortcomings, constantly learned and perfected each skill to become a support for the team. Her philosophy of "Leading with love, guiding with vision" is present in every small group coaching session that she carefully prepared, in every 1:1 mentoring hour that she devoted all her energy to guiding young financial consultants.
Her persistent leadership and decent work culture have helped her reap the titles of Queen Generali 2024, TOT 2025 (Top of the Table - the highest title in the MDRT system of the life insurance industry, and MDRT/COT (Million Dollar Round Table/ Court of the Table - an international title for leading Financial Consultants) for many consecutive years. At the same time, Ms. Tuyet Sang has brought GenCasa Thu Duc 3 into the Top GenCasa in the South - an achievement that comes from the efforts, cohesive culture and unique character of the entire agency.
From zero to a symbol of sustainable development
Nguyen Dang Huy's journey with Generali Vietnam began in 2015, at a small office in the heart of Da Nang , carrying with him faith, aspiration and the will to constantly improve. The early days were not easy when the market was full of challenges, the team was young and everything had to be built from scratch.
After 10 years of working together, he and GenCasa Da Nang 1 have written a story of trust, perseverance and proud achievements. From a small office, the unit has now developed into a pioneering system in the Central region, serving more than 20,000 customers, gathering nearly 1,800 dynamic consultants and expanding to 7 offices in the provinces.
For Mr. Dang Huy, true success lies not in the leading position, but in the human value that insurance brings to customers. He always emphasizes: "Each insurance contract is not just a piece of paper, but a financial support, a peace of mind for customers and their families. Each claim that is resolved is a living testament to the philosophy of 'Putting customers at the center' that Generali and I pursue." This success is not only measured by revenue but also demonstrated through more than 20,000 claims that have been resolved, bringing peace of mind and financial protection to thousands of Vietnamese families.
Under his leadership, GenCasa Da Nang 1 has consistently maintained its position as the top revenue earner in the Central region, and has repeatedly been ranked among the top in the country for renewal fees, with a K2 contract retention rate always above 90% and a regular NPS index above 80% - a testament to a positive and sustainable customer experience. In 2024, the office achieved a growth rate of 26%, becoming a symbol of sustainable development in the Generali Vietnam system.
The flame of determination lights up a happy team
From a young financial consultant with a passion for dedication, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao has gradually affirmed her leadership qualities and kind values in each journey. Joining Generali in 2016, she has experienced different roles before officially becoming GAD GenCasa Tay Ho in 2021, opening a new journey full of challenges, but also brilliant success.
She believes: "Nothing is difficult, only fear of not being persistent". It is her perseverance, dedication and complete dedication to the profession that has forged a strong, passionate and always inspiring GAD. Under her leadership, GenCasa Tay Ho has become a cradle for nurturing talented young consultants, continuously achieving COT/MDRT and Top management positions nationwide. The office has not only achieved many outstanding achievements - GenCasa Gold/Diamond for many consecutive years, Top 6 GenCasa nationwide, K2 contract retention rate of 96% - but also become a happy home, where each member feels loved, shared and proud when working together.
