HDBank continues to maintain its streak of achievements with the Outstanding Annual Report Award in the Finance sector for the 6th consecutive year. This result comes from HDBank's continuous efforts to improve the quality of information disclosure, aiming at international standards such as ASEAN CG Scorecard. In the field of corporate governance, HDBank was honored in the Top 10 Best Corporate Governance in the Large Cap group, and also won the award for Best Organization of Shareholders' Meeting for the 2nd consecutive year. HDBank has pioneered the organization of Shareholders' Meeting in a flexible form (online and in person), optimizing convenience and ensuring investor rights. This achievement is even more meaningful when in 2024, the corporate governance criteria are raised according to the latest OECD standards, with the proportion of international practice points increased to 40%.

The awards at "Listed Enterprises 2024" are the results of HDBank's outstanding and sustainable performance. By the end of the third quarter of 2024, the Bank achieved VND 12,655 billion in pre-tax profit, up 46.6% over the same period; Total assets reached VND 629,000 billion, up 23.9%; Total capital mobilization reached VND 559,000 billion, up 24.8%; Outstanding credit reached VND 412,000 billion, up 16.6%. Efficiency indicators such as ROE reached 26.7%, ROA reached 2.2%, bad debt ratio was controlled at a low level of 1.46%. In parallel with business activities, HDBank is also a pioneer in community and environmental activities. In the first 9 months of 2024, HDBank has carried out many meaningful social security activities such as giving tens of thousands of health insurance cards to the poor; building charity houses; supporting poor but studious students; responding to the peak period of the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide launched by the Prime Minister; implementing a preferential credit package of VND 12,000 billion for customers affected by storm Yagi and activities to support people affected by storms and floods in the northern provinces. The "Listed Enterprises (VLCA) 2024" vote - a prestigious annual event organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE), the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and Investment Newspaper, attracted the participation of more than 500 listed enterprises.
