Ho Chi Minh City People's Council convenes a thematic session to conduct personnel work

The meeting is scheduled to be held on the morning of November 14, at the City Hall, 111 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

As planned, the meeting will review and comment on 11 groups of contents. Among them, there is a report regulating the roadmap for implementing the conversion and policies to support the conversion of public passenger transport vehicles to buses using electricity and green energy in Ho Chi Minh City. The City People's Council delegates will also consider and decide on the investment policy for the project of dredging, improving the environment combined with urban beautification of the Ong Be canal drainage axis and branch canals; the project of upgrading road 991 from National Highway 51 to Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City; the project of dredging, improving the environment combined with urban beautification of the Ba Lon canal drainage axis; the project of constructing, renovating and expanding Ton That Thuyet street and green parks along the banks of Kenh Te.

Consider and support Tay Ninh province with capital to implement Component Project 4: Compensation, support, and resettlement of the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai expressway section through Tay Ninh province (part of the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai expressway construction investment project).

Consider the decision to change the purpose of forest use to another purpose to implement Component Project 1 - site clearance for Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 from Thu Bien Bridge - Saigon River.

Decision on the policy of changing the purpose of forest use to other purposes to implement the 500kV Binh Duong 1 - Song May - Tan Dinh transmission line project; decision on the list of land plots to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Ho Chi Minh City in 2025 (Phase 2); approval of the list of land plots expected to implement pilot projects according to Resolution No. 171/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly (Phase 2).
