Phu Hoa Commune People's Council held the fifth session - Special session, term 2021 - 2026

(CTT-Dong Nai) - On the morning of November 12, the People's Council of Phu Hoa commune held its fifth session (special session), attended by comrades Tran Nam Bien - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of the commune; Nguyen Van Vien - Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune; Bui Thi Minh Ngoc - Standing Committee member, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; representatives of leaders of specialized departments, agencies, units and delegates of the People's Council of the commune.

At this session, the People's Council focused on reviewing: Results of monitoring the operation of the People's Committee after implementing the two-level government. Report of the People's Committee on assigning civil servant staff in specialized agencies and administrative organizations under the People's Committee; staff in public service units, number of labor contracts performing professional and technical work in educational service units under the People's Committee of Phu Hoa commune. Report of the People's Committee on adjusting and supplementing the local budget revenue and expenditure estimates for 2025 (phase 2).

The delegates highly agreed on the Reports submitted by the Commune People's Committee at the meeting and voted to pass the Resolutions on the Reports of the Commune People's Committee: Resolution on the results of supervising the operation of the People's Committee after implementing the two-level government; Resolution on assigning civil servant payrolls in specialized agencies and administrative organizations under the Commune People's Committee; payrolls of civil servants in public service units, the number of labor contracts performing professional and technical work in educational service units under the Phu Hoa Commune People's Committee; Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the local budget revenue and expenditure estimates for 2025 (phase 2).

In his closing speech, comrade Tran Nam Bien - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Council highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the delegates in contributing ideas to build the Resolution of the session, and at the same time requested the Commune People's Committee to direct specialized agencies to quickly implement the Resolution, issue documents directing agencies and units to focus on implementation; in the coming time, it is necessary to closely coordinate with the Standing Committee of the Commune People's Council in preparing the contents to be presented at the Commune People's Council session. The Standing Committee of the Commune People's Council and the Commune People's Council Committees, relevant agencies and units should strengthen the supervision of the implementation of the Resolutions passed by the Commune People's Council.
