Over the years, the Provincial Police Party Committee has led, directed synchronously and uniformly, issued many documents on leadership, direction, and organization of the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization", built models and carried out mass mobilization work of the People's Police force. The Provincial Police Party Committee has directed the maintenance of 47 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in three main areas ( Party building, strengthening the political system: 10 models; Culture - Society : 07 models; National Defense - Security: 30 models ), of which 03 models have been recognized by the Provincial Steering Committee on implementing democracy at the grassroots level as provincial-level models (in 2023 and 2024), 44 " Skilled Mass Mobilization " models at the grassroots level. The Provincial Police Party Committee has proposed and been recognized for 03 " Skilled Mass Mobilization " models at the provincial level: " Nurturing Children in Moc Chau " Project ; Project " Happiness for Children ", " Three clings, four together, five have " with the People. In particular, the Project " Happiness for Children " has been broadcast by the "Kind deeds" column of Vietnam Television and many TV programs of VTV, National Assembly Television, attracting the attention, sharing, encouragement and companionship of the People nationwide for the Project; The model " Three clings, four together, five have " with the People was announced by the Department of Building the Movement to Protect National Security - Ministry of Public Security to be replicated nationwide, contributing to spreading the meaning of mass mobilization work in the People's Public Security Force. Associated with the task of ensuring security and order, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee has directed the effective implementation of social security programs, strengthening the people's trust in the Public Security Force. Caring for children in special circumstances: Implementing the Project to receive, care for and nurture 29 children in special circumstances; Project " Nurturing Moc Chau Children ": Supported lunch for 12,000 students in Son La province with a total value of over 16 billion VND. Project " Happiness for Children " sponsored the construction of 67 schools, boarding houses, 09 happy houses for students in especially difficult circumstances in the province with a total sponsorship value of over 42 billion VND. Implementing the project " Computers for the future " mobilized donations of 06 computer rooms at schools in Thuan Chau, Van Ho, Moc Chau (old) districts, worth 300 million VND. Project " Bridge of Happiness ", during the year mobilized the construction of 03 bridges for people in Muong La, Phu Yen, Song Ma districts with a total value of 800 million VND. Maintaining the activities of the “ Youth Blood Bank ” Club … These social security activities are not only material support but also a clear demonstration of the spirit of “Serving the people”, creating consensus and support from the people, which is a key factor helping the police force successfully complete the task of ensuring security and order in the province./.
