Provincial Business Association deploys tasks for the last months of the year

(HBĐT) - The Provincial Business Association (PPA) has just held a conference to review the work of the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last months of 2023.

In the first 6 months of the year, the activities of member associations have gradually stabilized. The Association has collected members' opinions and recommendations on difficulties in the production and business process to propose to the competent authorities and provincial leaders for consideration and support. The organization signed a coordination regulation with Hoa Binh Newspaper; coordinated with the provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion to organize a conference to remove difficulties for businesses and investors associated with solutions to improve the provincial competitiveness index.

The Association hosted the Conference on linkage, cooperation and development of HHDN in the provinces of Hoa Binh, Son La, Dien Bien , Lai Chau in 2023 with the theme "Sharing mechanisms and policies to support enterprises in the Northwestern mountainous provinces". Supported the successful organization of the Congress of the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, and the Provincial Tourism Association. Continued to effectively implement the coordination regulations with a number of sectors.

The Association has also effectively deployed the DDCI Index and has been interested in organizing and implementing it by districts, cities, departments, branches and sectors. Coordinated the implementation of investment attraction activities; programs to improve the provincial competitiveness index (PCI); provided information and guidance to foreign investors and provinces on investment in the province; worked with large enterprises and corporations to introduce investment potential in Hoa Binh .

In addition, the Provincial Association of Enterprises actively participates in important foreign affairs and socio-economic development activities of the province; works with foreign partners and enterprises visiting and working in the province. Regularly coordinates with departments and branches in disseminating and popularizing mechanisms, policies and laws related to enterprises and members to implement according to regulations.

The conference focused on discussing and agreeing on 11 key tasks for the last months of 2023. At the same time, recommendations and proposals were made to competent authorities on a number of issues regarding: the debt situation of basic construction capital; considering the policy of adjusting and cutting down the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025, avoiding waste of the State budget and damage to businesses; difficulties in accessing bank loans, site clearance, planning and planning management, land for construction leveling; commercial and service land rental prices; administrative procedure reform; the situation of reporters from some magazines coming to businesses to work not in accordance with their principles and purposes...

At the conference, the Provincial Association of Women's Unions completed the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Association for the 2020 - 2025 term.
