The last household to receive money for land clearance on the beltway

The Thanh Mien town northeast ring road project has completed about 85% of the work volume.

That is Mr. Nguyen Xuan De's family in Phuong Hoang Ha residential area.

The northeastern ring road of Thanh Mien town is nearly 4 km long with a total investment of over 450 billion VND. To implement the project, Thanh Mien district had to reclaim land from more than 300 households in Lam Son commune and Thanh Mien town. Previously, Mr. Nguyen Xuan De's household had not agreed with the compensation price and site clearance compensation.

To date, the construction unit has completed about 85% of the project's construction volume. Trees have been planted along the route and lighting systems have been installed. The investor strives to complete the project in the second quarter of this year.

The project to invest in the construction of the northeastern ring road of Thanh Mien town is invested by a consortium of Anh Quang Investment Co., Ltd., Thai Duong Construction Investment and Commercial Services and Hoang Thanh. This is one of the key projects of Thanh Mien district in the 2020-2025 term.
