Support airline passengers to find lost bags

Previously, on the evening of May 9, Mr. Nguyen Vu Bao took flight VN1374 from Ho Chi Minh City to Hue City. When arriving at Phu Bai International Airport, while waiting to get his luggage, Mr. Bao forgot his handbag in the airport waiting room but could not find it later.

Upon receiving Mr. Bao’s report, the Aviation Security Team on duty coordinated with other forces to urgently extract images from security cameras. Through that, the functional unit identified a woman who mistakenly took Mr. Bao’s handbag and moved out of the airport in a 16-seat car.

Continuing to review the images, the security force accurately identified the license plate number, the car owner and the driver, thereby finding the group's accommodation address in Hue City.

At 7:00 p.m. the same day, the unit contacted the person who mistakenly took Mr. Bao's bag and asked him to return it according to regulations.

Receiving his bag back, Mr. Nguyen Vu Bao wrote a letter of thanks to the Aviation Security Team and the Immigration Department of Hue City Police for actively and promptly helping him find his property.
