Hoa Minzy and Tuan Cry contribute their voices for the environment in the program "Steps Back"

The program is a series of activities organized by the Association for Liaison with Overseas Vietnamese in coordination with units (Motion Transformation Academy, Word Of Life Vietnam, Asean Vietnam Entrepreneur Development Research Institute, Vietnam Ethnic Culture Development Institute), sponsored and accompanied by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment - Department of Environment.

Aiming at practical goals in the 2025 Environmental Action Month, the project "Returning Footsteps" with the theme "Returning to the roots - Returning to nature - Returning to the self" calls on the community to join hands in planting trees and afforesting, protecting nature, honoring Vietnamese cultural values ​​and creating a platform to connect businessmen, experts, artists, and Vietnamese people at home and abroad.

The program “Steps back” will take place on June 21 and 22 at Swan Lake Park, Ecopark Urban Area (Van Giang, Hung Yen ) with many meaningful activities such as: Tree planting festival; Green transformation intellectual workshop; Art performance...

The highlight of the series of events is the art night “Steps back”, which will take place from 8-10pm on June 21 at Swan Lake Park, Ecopark Urban Area (Van Giang, Hung Yen). The program is directed by Viet Dang, with performances by artists loved by the audience such as: Hoa Minzy, Tuan Cry, Thu Thuy, Minh Quan, Duong Truong Giang, Minh Chuyen…

Designer Thoa Tran also brought to the program designs from the ao dai collection that focuses on the origin in the collections "Long co hung vi - Tien rong hoi tu" and "Ngu lien huong".

The program "Returning Footsteps" is a combination of music , visual stage and national cultural materials, creating an emotional artistic space.

The program's follow-up activities include tree planting in many localities; connecting overseas Vietnamese with their homeland; cultural education for the younger generation; initiatives to support economic - tourism - environmental development in many provinces and cities across the country.

Ambassador Nguyen Phu Binh - Chairman of the Association for Liaison with Overseas Vietnamese, former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, said: “We believe that 'Returning Steps' will be a place for the Vietnamese community everywhere to join hands for a green Vietnam, a practical action contributing to creating a healthy and sustainable living environment. Through this program, we hope to raise funds for long-term afforestation activities - not only planting trees today, but also sowing hope for the future."

Ms. Le Thuy Hanh - Deputy Organizer of the program shared: "I believe that every child living abroad when returning to their homeland brings with them a part of love, a part of memories and a part of the desire to contribute. 'Returning Footsteps' is the resonance of those aspirations - to together light up a green, peaceful, affectionate and eternal Vietnam".

The organizers expect the program to become a journey of profound inspiration, promoting community initiatives, preserving national identity and joining hands to build a sustainable Vietnam in the new global context.
