Speaking at the opening of the Congress, comrade Truong Van Hoa, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoai Duc commune, said: In recent times, the Commune Fatherland Front Committee has mobilized people from all walks of life to actively participate in movements and campaigns to develop the economy , build new rural areas, and reduce poverty sustainably.
The great national solidarity bloc continues to be consolidated through emulation movements and campaigns such as: "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", Great Solidarity Festival in 20/20 residential areas.
Social security work has been given regular attention. During the term, tens of billions of VND have been mobilized to support poor households, build and repair many Great Unity houses; give thousands of gifts to disadvantaged families, and grant scholarships to poor and studious students.
Humanitarian and charitable movements have been widely spread, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the Party, the State and the Fatherland Front. Social supervision and criticism activities have made many strides. Patriotic emulation movements, building cultural life, and united, prosperous and happy residential areas have been widely deployed. Many self-management models on security and order, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention and fighting have been effective.
The movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has received unanimous support from the people, contributing tens of billions of VND and thousands of working days to build concrete roads, drainage systems, lighting systems, and civil works...
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Phu Nghi, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, praised the achievements of the Hoai Duc Commune Fatherland Front in recent times. At the same time, he emphasized that in the coming time, the Commune Fatherland Front needs to promote the application of digital technology and social networks in propaganda, mobilization, and reflection of the people's thoughts and aspirations.
In particular, the Commune Fatherland Front continues to link the patriotic emulation movement with economic and social development; mobilize people to build infrastructure, protect the environment, maintain security and order, and build a civilized urban lifestyle.
In which, step by step develop tourism - services - technology, strive to become a civilized - friendly - modern destination, associated with sustainable implementation of environmental protection, well solving social security issues, and sustainable poverty reduction.
The locality continues to maintain national defense stability, political security, social order and safety; consolidate the great national unity bloc, build a clean and strong Party and political system. In particular, focus on building a commune that meets advanced new rural standards in accordance with the spirit set out in the Resolution of the 1st Hoai Duc Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress elected 55 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoai Duc commune for the 2025-2030 term, 1 official delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province for the 2025-2030 term; and elected Mr. Truong Van Hoa to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoai Duc commune for the 1st term, 2025-2030 term.
