The joy of having another bus route from Duc Linh - Tanh Linh to Da Lat

Lam Dong Department of Construction has just agreed to open a new intra-provincial route for businesses, from Duc Linh bus station to Da Lat bus station. The route from Duc Linh bus station moves along DT 766 - DT 720 - Highway 55 - Highway 20 - Da Lat Interprovincial Bus Station and vice versa.

The route is expected to be put into operation at the end of this month. This is good news for people in the area from Suoi Kiet commune to Bac Ruong via Tra Tan, because up to now, in this area, there is only one bus route to Da Lat from Dong Nai to Ta Pua (Nam Thanh and Nghi Duc communes) via National Highway 20 and to Da Lat Interprovincial Bus Station. Meanwhile, in Tanh Linh commune, you have to take a shuttle bus 30 km to Ta Pua and then change to a new bus to get to Lam Dong of thousands of flowers.

Ms. Hoang Thi Nga, in Dong Kho commune, said: Many people in the area have been "tied up" for many years because there is only one route to the wards of Da Lat. If you want to go along Highway 55, you have to rent a private car, which is very expensive. Traveling on Highway 55, you can stop at La Da and Bao Lam 3 communes (merged from Loc Thanh and Loc Nam communes), so when we heard that a business was investing in opening a route to the Da Lat Interprovincial Bus Station along Highway 55, the people were very happy...

According to the Department of Construction, after review, there are currently 55 intra-provincial routes connecting passenger transport between localities with a planned traffic volume of 3,570 trips/month, of which, there are 27 routes connecting from localities to Da Lat inter-provincial bus station with a traffic volume of 1,590 trips/month.

However, through monitoring the actual operation situation at Da Lat Interprovincial Bus Station, there are only 12 routes in operation with a traffic volume of 1,294 trips/month. The transport units operating at Da Lat Interprovincial Bus Station basically meet the transportation needs of passengers, officials and civil servants traveling between localities in the province.

On the other hand, officials and civil servants moving to the provincial administrative center often travel by public or private vehicles. The Department is closely monitoring the operation situation at the Da Lat Interprovincial Bus Station for routes to Da Lat.
