The project, covering approximately 2.18 hectares and with a total investment of 38 billion VND, includes the following components: a memorial to fallen soldiers, grounds, flowerbeds, landscaping, courtyards and greenery, lighting system, water supply and drainage system, and other auxiliary facilities.

Leaders of An Thi commune offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs.

This monument holds profound cultural, historical, and spiritual significance. It serves not only as a place to commemorate and honor the heroic martyrs, but also as a symbol of patriotism, national spirit, and the tradition of "drinking water, remembering the source," and as a place for educating younger generations about revolutionary traditions.
