The project is about 2.18 hectares wide, with a total investment of 38 billion VND, including the following items: Martyrs' Memorial, campus, flower beds, landscape, yard and trees, lighting system, water supply and drainage system and other auxiliary works.

Leaders of An Thi commune offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs.

The project has profound cultural, historical and spiritual significance. It is not only a place to commemorate and pay tribute to heroic martyrs, but also a symbol of patriotism, national spirit and the tradition of "remembering the source of water", and a place to educate revolutionary traditions for younger generations.
