On August 22, 2023, a 9th grade male student was found dead at the swimming pool of Vietnam International School (Duong Noi Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi ). The pain is that this male student died in the swimming pool, during swimming class, with a teacher instructing.
The students are not at fault, the fault and responsibility lie with the adults.
It is time to focus on building safe schools, preventing accidents that lead to painful and tragic deaths like we have witnessed.
