At the ceremony, Editor-in-Chief of the Party History Magazine Dang Kim Oanh said: The process of researching, proposing and establishing the electronic Party History Magazine has been carried out by the Magazine for many years. After the Project on arranging and developing the press system of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics until 2025, towards 2030 was approved (July 2022) and when the License was issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications (December 2022), the electronic Party History Magazine has been running a trial run. Up to now, the electronic Party History Magazine has been officially launched to readers, on the occasion of the 98th Anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, towards the 40th Anniversary of the first issue of the Party History Magazine (1983-2023).

With two types of activities and three publications: Printed History Magazine (Vietnamese and English) and Electronic Party History Magazine, the Magazine will fulfill its functions, tasks, principles and purposes well. In particular, the important functions and tasks of the Magazine are to research theories on Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought, the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; provide information on research results and new documents on the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on President Ho Chi Minh, contributing to the ideological education of the Party,...
In his congratulatory speech to the Party History Journal, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Danh Tien, Director of the Party History Institute, affirmed that with the efforts of the Board of Directors and all staff of the Journal over the past 40 years, the Party History Journal will continue to make many contributions to the Party History sector, and excellently perform the task of propagating and disseminating the results of research on the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
