Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned departments, units and People's Committees of 13 communes and wards to resolve administrative procedure records before and on time by 2025, reaching 100%.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Hoi An Land Registration Office Branch were assigned the target of 95% of administrative procedures in the land sector being resolved before and on time.

The City People's Committee also requested heads of agencies and units; Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards to be responsible for directing and proposing specific solutions to achieve assigned targets; periodically report the implementation results to the City People's Committee every month. At the same time, the Department of Home Affairs is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Office of the City People's Council & People's Committee to monitor, inspect and urge the implementation; quarterly synthesize and compile data to serve the assessment and ranking of the results of administrative reform and digital transformation for agencies, units, communes and wards in 2025.
