Heavy rain for about an hour caused many roads in Lang Son City (Lang Son Province) to be submerged in water. Some cars stalled, some were left floating in the water.

The rain lasted from about 12:00 to 13:00 on June 16, causing many roads in Lang Son City to be deeply flooded.

The underpass area in Lang Son City turned into a river after heavy rain.

In deeply flooded areas such as My Son intersection, underpass, Phu Loc area, Nam Hoang Dong... water is up to half a person's height. Many people have to use tools to prevent water from entering their houses.

Some residents were left helpless and could only watch as their belongings were damaged by the floodwaters. Due to the heavy rain and rapid flooding of the roads, some cars stalled and some were left floating in the water.

People had to move their vehicles to higher ground to wait for the water to recede before continuing.

Lang Son City authorities had to set up barriers at the beginning of deeply flooded roads and direct vehicles in other directions to avoid damage.
