Identifying that economic exchange and trade promotion activities are important in creating a bridge to promote cooperation and development between member enterprises and between enterprises of the association and enterprises across the country, in recent times, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has strengthened the organization, mobilization and guidance of members to participate in trade promotion programs inside and outside the province. Thereby, creating a favorable environment for young enterprises to exchange and expand their consumption markets, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the province.
The Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association currently has over 200 member enterprises participating in its activities. Member enterprises operate in a variety of fields and industries, such as: trade and services; construction; environment; food processing; wood processing; finance, banking, etc. Thereby, creating jobs for about 5,000 local workers. In recent years, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the global economic recession, production and business activities of most enterprises have encountered difficulties. Faced with this reality, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has made efforts to diversify trade promotion activities, creating opportunities for member enterprises to exchange, share experiences, promote and introduce products, expand connections, cooperate, and consume products.
From 2017 to present, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has connected member businesses to participate in 18 domestic and international trade promotion conferences; directly organized nearly ten trade promotion programs, attracting a large number of member businesses and people to participate. The Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has also built and effectively maintained the association's website by regularly posting information on activities, outstanding products and services of member businesses; market information, fields of operation of businesses, young entrepreneurs who are members of the Provincial and City Young Entrepreneurs Associations; information on fairs and exhibitions in and outside the province... From there, it helps young businesses easily look up and search for customers and partners.
Every year, the provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association also organizes meetings and works with the Young Entrepreneurs Associations of Bac Giang, Thanh Hoa, Hanoi , etc. so that member businesses have the opportunity to exchange and learn about each other's products and services, thereby seeking investment cooperation opportunities. In addition, the association also effectively maintains exchange and meeting programs such as "Business Coffee" with topics on business administration, human resource management, corporate finance, tax; organizes many seminars and training programs on digital transformation, improving business operation skills 4.0, etc. to attract member businesses in particular and businesses inside and outside the province in general to participate.
At exchange programs and seminars, the business community and young entrepreneurs shared about the advantages and difficulties in production and business, experiences in finding partners and overcoming the difficult period after Covid-19. In addition, the association also created conditions for member businesses to attend supply-demand connection programs and conferences organized by the provincial departments and agencies to promote and introduce products, and seek opportunities for connection and cooperation. In particular, every year, the association also organizes 2-3 times to evaluate new member businesses registering to join the association and organizes for member businesses to visit the production and business models and industries of new members. From there, there are practical sharing and suggestions for the production and business activities of new member businesses; at the same time, introducing and creating connections with businesses in the association to support market development.
Mr. Tran Van Dau, Director of Daiki Furniture Joint Stock Company (An Ninh Commune, Binh Luc) said: As a young enterprise with a limited market, in recent times, Daiki has had many opportunities to connect and introduce its products to customers inside and outside the province through exchange and trade promotion programs organized and introduced by the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, especially in the current economic recession. Trade promotion activities have helped businesses in the same industry find each other more easily, thereby expanding sales channels and consuming products for each other. In particular, through trade promotion programs, the Association is also a bridge with state management agencies in understanding and supporting the removal of difficulties and obstacles for young businesses to operate and develop.
It is known that through participating in exchange and trade promotion activities, many member enterprises of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association have committed to giving priority to using goods and services of members in the Association; committed to supporting each other in finding partners and developing new markets. At the same time, member enterprises of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association also committed to providing products and services at the most preferential prices for partner enterprises who are member enterprises for the common goal of building a strong ecosystem and community of young entrepreneurs and businesses in Ha Nam.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Cuong, Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, affirmed: Economic exchange and trade promotion activities have been one of the key activities of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association for many years. During its operation, the association has always paid attention to, created conditions for, and encouraged member enterprises to form joint ventures, associate, and prioritize the use of each other's products and services on the basis of promoting the potential and strengths of each member enterprise. In fact, through trade promotion activities, many member enterprises have learned good ideas and practices from enterprises in the association as well as enterprises in other provinces and cities, thereby restructuring production and business activities in the direction of diversifying industries, focusing on areas with potential, advantages, and encouraged investment.
It can be affirmed that, with the synchronous implementation of solutions to diversify trade promotion activities, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has helped member businesses keep up with development trends, gradually improve competitiveness, build brands, and make many positive contributions to the overall development of the province.
