At the Conference, on behalf of the Party Executive Committee of the Group, comrade Bui Ngoc Duong announced the Decision to approve the BSR Party Executive Committee, term VII, 2025 - 2030. The Conference also spent most of its time discussing and approving the system of important documents issued by the BSR Party Committee at the beginning of the term to comprehensively lead and direct all aspects of the Party Committee's work throughout the term 2025 - 2030, ensuring the Party's regulations presented by comrade Khuong Le Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, specifically: Program of Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 7th Congress , Working Program of the Party Executive Committee, Term VII, Working Regulations of the Party Executive Committee, Term VII , Regulations on working relationship between Party Committee - Board of Directors - General Director , Decision on assigning tasks to comrades in the Executive Committee course VII

Regarding inspection and supervision work, the Conference approved Party Committee's inspection and supervision program ; Program and Working Regulations of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission Comrade Tran Thai Bao, Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Deputy General Director presented.

In order to concretize the spirit of the 7th Congress Resolution on Party development work, the Conference reviewed and approved the Party member development targets for the 2025-2030 term for affiliated Party cells/committees based on the current mass source data of the Party Committee in the 2025-2030 term presented by Comrade Truong Thi Thu Ha, Member of the Party Committee Executive Committee, Chief of the Party Committee Office.

Regarding the leadership of political tasks, demonstrating political determination from the beginning of the term, the Executive Committee has considered and unanimously approved the policy of establishing BSR Branch - Innovation Center to concretize the orientation of science and technology development, promote innovation, digital transformation and enhance competitiveness in the new period. This is an important and urgent task, creating a breakthrough in the BSR Development Strategy in the new period.

Comrade Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of BSR presented the Company's development orientations.

The conference also heard comrade Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Company present the development orientations of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company to become Vietnam Oil and Gas Refining and Petrochemical Corporation when, through analyzing the current requirements, BSR has met all the conditions and factors to upgrade to a Corporation model . The expansion of the Company to a Corporation aims to realize the BSR Development Strategy, restructure BSR in response to the requirements of political tasks in the new development stage of BSR as well as be ready to proactively respond to the unpredictable fluctuations of world geopolitics, the issues of energy transition that are being raised, along with strengthening the arrangement of the apparatus, organizational chart, improving competitiveness, high-quality human resources, and comparative advantages of BSR in the current context.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Bui Ngoc Duong - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company highly appreciated the urgent and responsible working spirit of the comrades in the Executive Committee. The Secretary emphasized: “The 2025 - 2030 term is a period when BSR will have many opportunities but also face many challenges. Therefore, building a "strong - united - active Party Committee", clearly defining the responsibilities of each member of the Party Executive Committee, promoting collective intelligence, demonstrating the spirit of setting an example, the leadership responsibility of the Party Executive Committee, strengthening discipline in the Party, democracy in Party activities to organize and plan assigned tasks in a practical and effective manner is a key factor to successfully implement the Resolution of the 7th Congress of the BSR Party Committee".
