After 17 years of diligent research to create a patented microorganism, a farmer honored as a national scientist suddenly became a fascinating subject for reporters, who like insiders recorded it almost endlessly.

That is farmer Bui Ngoc Chau (age 8X) who has been building and completing Xu Tien Farm in Hoai Duc commune, Lam Ha district. Here, not only are there a variety of crops and livestock that support each other to grow and flourish in a safe space, without mixing any chemical elements, but there are also two factory areas that operate regularly, with a system of equipment and machinery to process agricultural by-products to make organic microbial nutrients to replenish the soil. From Xu Tien Farm, many version gardens have been spread in the same commune of Hoai Duc and neighboring communes in Lam Ha district. The entire space of the original Xu Tien Farm and the version were prioritized by farmer Bui Ngoc Chau to arrange time to welcome "me" to experience, record, and then become an insider to share, explain and open new development directions for his farming households and farming households in the community.

By June 2025 - equivalent to more than 17 years of starting a business from copyrighted microorganisms, farmer Bui Ngoc Chau has built a business besides 3 hectares of Xu Tien Farm with invisible scientific intellectual products on the production of activated carbon combined with marine fish protein essence, which has both high organic nutritional content and saves investment in producing tangible farming and livestock products to maximize profits. From hearing and seeing, "I" was very interested in realizing the two-way interaction between invisible products and tangible products of farmer Bui Ngoc Chau. And also from the two lines of tangible and intangible products, two core elements have been created to become a national farmer scientist with a certificate from the Central Vietnam Farmers' Association and other scientific and technical awards in the whole Lam Dong province and nationwide.

As an insider, "I" was led by "farmer scientist " Bui Ngoc Chau to explain from Xu Tien Farm to other ecological areas in Lam Ha district according to the process of reducing carbon emissions into the environment. Thanks to that, information was gradually filled every hour and minute of work that "I" almost had unlimited demand for. Starting from Xu Tien Farm, "I" was attracted as soon as I stepped through the door of the first factory with barrels and plastic cans containing finished microbial yeast solution through the self-researched, installed and operated production line of farmer Bui Ngoc Chau. This yeast, when watered into dozens, hundreds of tons of fresh manure within about three months of operation, will turn into organic microbial substances with very high nutritional content for plants to grow and yield. Arriving at the second factory, when entering inside, immediately revealed a new surprise with a large volume of coffee husks, macadamia shells, branches, and mulberry leaves as input materials to process output products of wood vinegar and activated carbon tablets. Operating from input to output of these products also includes a system of machinery lines designed by farmer Bui Ngoc Chau, connected and operated with maximum energy savings.

Not only that, "my reporter" was able to visit the vegetable, root, fruit, coffee fields and a variety of lush fruit trees in the chain linked with Xu Tien Farm, promising bumper crops on the land rich in organic matter supplemented by the above-mentioned probiotic solution and activated carbon, wood vinegar, and marine fish protein essence. Knowing "my reporter" as an insider, the farmers here were also very open, enthusiastic in providing information and verifying right on the spot. Those were rows of vegetables following rows of vegetables, rows of coffee trees following rows of green coffee trees, stretching far and wide, reducing input costs by about 30% annually and increasing profit value by about 30%. And those were the hybrid wild boar, high-yield beef cattle, and commercial chickens raised according to a circular, biosafety process with a source of grass, corn, wildflowers, vegetables, roots, and fruits that absorb organic microbial nutrients processed on-site from the manure discharged every day. Profits are then increased through each closed stage of farming with cultivation in a cool garden with organic air and microorganisms...

After many days of being an insider, “I, the reporter”, have completed and delivered a series of green production articles on mass media in and outside Lam Dong province. The main character, “farmer scientist” Bui Ngoc Chau, continuously receives calls to discuss cooperation in the production of organic microbial nutrients, activated carbon and wood vinegar, building models, and restoring long-term and short-term gardens that have been slow to grow for many years. Wherever he goes, farmer Bui Ngoc Chau calls to “show off” the results to “I, the reporter”. And so, the topic of “I, the reporter” will not stop at the green production series mentioned above.
