On the morning of November 13, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held an online conference - seminar with 44 locations nationwide to provide comments on the draft Law on Cultural Heritage (amended).

The draft Law on Cultural Heritage (amended) includes 10 chapters and 154 articles, an increase of 3 chapters and 81 articles compared to the current Law on Cultural Heritage. Delegates, experts, scientists and localities attending the conference - workshop focused on discussing and clarifying the system of concepts and procedures for identifying, registering and ranking cultural heritage; ownership rights and rights related to cultural heritage; responsibility for state management of cultural heritage from central to local levels; mechanisms for mobilizing social resources to actively participate in protecting and promoting the value of cultural heritage; mechanisms for ensuring that legal provisions on cultural heritage are enforced...
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will study, absorb opinions and contributions at the conference, edit and complete the draft Law.
