Conference on signing the program of coordination in propaganda and dissemination of legal education

On the afternoon of August 13, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial Coordination Council for Dissemination and Legal Education held a conference to sign a program for coordination in disseminating and popularizing legal education for the period 2024-2026. Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and Comrade Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Coordination Council for Dissemination and Legal Education co-chaired.

The Provincial National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education held a conference to sign a program of coordination in legal dissemination and education for the period 2024-2026.

In recent times, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial Council for Coordination of Dissemination and Education of Law have been proactive, active, closely following the content and results of the National Assembly sessions to develop a plan to implement coordinated propaganda work, contributing to raising awareness, consciousness, and responsibility of Party committees and authorities at all levels, especially heads of agencies, units, and enterprises in leading and directing the implementation of laws and resolutions of the National Assembly. To date, 13 new laws passed by the National Assembly have been widely disseminated and propagated to agencies, localities, and voters throughout the province.

Through the results of propaganda and dissemination of laws and resolutions of the National Assembly, agencies, units and localities have closely followed up on implementation; at the same time, voters and people have been helped to supervise, monitor and evaluate the implementation of relevant agencies and organizations.

Based on the comments and contributions at the conference, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education agreed on the contents of coordination in the coming time. In particular, periodically after the sessions of the 15th National Assembly, direct and online conferences will be held at district and commune level to disseminate and propagate the laws and resolutions passed by the National Assembly; focusing on the subjects directly affected.

At the same time, strengthen information, propaganda, dissemination and legal education on the infrastructure of the Provincial Media Center. Implement the application of information technology and digital transformation in the work of propaganda, dissemination and legal education.

The two sides coordinate to develop documents to inform, disseminate, educate on the law, and communicate draft policies on key contents of laws, draft laws, and resolutions passed by the National Assembly at its sessions. Improve the capacity of legal reporters and propagandists; strengthen coordination in organizing experience exchange activities, and attend law-making sessions of the National Assembly to gain a deeper understanding of issues and supplement knowledge to do a good job of propaganda.
