Training conference on inspection and supervision work in 2025

On August 14, 2025, the Party Committee of Vietnam National Shipping Lines (VIMC) solemnly held a training conference on inspection and supervision work in 2025, aiming to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the new regulations and guidelines of the Central Committee on inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party, contributing to improving the quality of leadership, maintaining discipline in the entire Party.

Conference Overview

In his opening speech, Comrade Nguyen Canh Tinh, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VIMC , emphasized: The work of Party inspection, supervision and discipline is a basic leadership function, a central and continuous task, playing a key role in preventing and stopping the degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle of cadres and Party members, while strengthening the fighting strength and leadership capacity of the entire Party Committee. Doing this task well will directly contribute to building a clean and strong Party Committee, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.

He affirmed that in the context that the Central Committee has just issued Regulation No. 296-QD/TW and Instruction No. 08-HD/BTCTW with many new contents, organizing a training conference is extremely necessary and timely. This is an important opportunity for Party committee members and officials doing inspection and supervision work to update their knowledge, grasp the new regulations, and agree on methods for synchronous and effective implementation right from the grassroots level.

The conference was honored to welcome comrade Nguyen Thanh Son, Director of the Department of Area VI, Central Inspection Commission , and comrade Pham Thi Lan Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Area VI, who are experienced cadres in theory and practice, directly conveying practical topics. The training content includes the dissemination of new regulations, guidance on skills in building inspection and supervision programs and plans, methods of handling professional situations, as well as the process of handling complaints and denunciations to ensure strictness and compliance with principles.

The Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam National Shipping Lines requested all delegates to promote a high sense of responsibility, focus on listening, take full notes, actively exchange, discuss, highlight difficulties and problems at the grassroots level so that the reporters can analyze, clarify and find solutions to overcome them. This is not only an opportunity to study and improve professional skills but also a forum to share experiences, improve the quality of consulting, organizing and implementing inspection and supervision tasks of each Party Committee.

With a serious, open-minded and determined spirit of innovation, the Party Committee of the Corporation believes that after the conference, the inspection staff will further promote their advisory role, proactively and flexibly perform their tasks, bringing the inspection and supervision work of the entire Party Committee into depth, substance and effectiveness, contributing to maintaining discipline and order, building the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Shipping Lines to be increasingly clean and strong, and excellently completing assigned political tasks.
