Training conference on administrative and career accounting regime

On August 7 and 8, at Nha Trang University, the Department of Planning and Finance under the Ministry of Education and Training coordinated with the school to organize a training conference to guide the administrative and career accounting regime for more than 700 accountants, specialists in the equipment management department and those in charge of land and asset management at affiliated units. Attending the conference was Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Tan Dung.

At the conference, experts from the Ministry of Finance disseminated the following topics: Implementation of the new administrative and career accounting regime issued with Circular No. 24/2024 of the Ministry of Finance; new points in Decree No. 186/2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets; authority of the Ministry of Education and Training, heads of units under the Ministry according to the decentralization of management and use of public assets; a number of important changes of the Law on Bidding regulating the selection of contractors to implement bidding packages, simplifying bidding processes and procedures... The conference aims to help delegates fully grasp the new regulations; exchange experiences, remove obstacles in financial and asset management, contributing to improving the efficiency of using public resources in the education sector.
