Workshop "Sharing international experiences on notarization"

On November 16, in Nha Trang ward, the Vietnam Notary Association and the Russian Federation Notary Association jointly organized a workshop on “Sharing international experience in notarization”. Representatives of ministries, branches, state management agencies, the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Vietnam, notaries and legal experts from the two countries attended the workshop.

At the workshop, leading experts from Vietnam and the Russian Federation focused on discussing a number of topics including: The role of notaries in ensuring legal security for people and businesses; international experience in mechanisms to ensure the rights of parties in transactions such as compensation funds, civil liability insurance of notaries; application of technology and experience in building a unified information system in managing notary activities in the Russian Federation. Thereby, affirming the role of compulsory notarization is not only a tool to protect the rights of people and businesses but also a foundation to ensure transparency, safety and social order.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Notary Association and the Russian Federation Notary Association signed a cooperation agreement in professional training and technology transfer to develop the notary profession between the two countries.

The event aims to strengthen international cooperation, improve professional capacity and promote digital transformation in notary activities.
