Scientific workshop "Venous nutrition in postoperative patients"

On July 25, Khanh Hoa General Hospital organized a scientific seminar with the topic "Venous nutrition in postoperative patients".

At the workshop, hospital staff and medical staff shared and updated knowledge on intravenous nutrition in the postoperative period; using 3-compartment nutrition bags via central venous infusion; recommendations for patients to eat early after surgery; issues on drug use, interdisciplinary coordination in postoperative treatment, etc. In addition, members of the hospital's medical record review team presented real cases from the General Surgery Department for analysis and discussion. Through the workshop, medical staff and medical staff exchanged, shared and updated professional knowledge to improve the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment, especially the importance of nutritional care for patients after surgery.
