The contest aims to create a healthy and useful playground during the summer; an opportunity for children to show their talents, develop public speaking skills, creative thinking, express emotions, develop language, train them to be self-disciplined in learning, solidarity, and interact with friends inside and outside of school.

Candidates The candidate must fully present the content of the story, without missing any ideas or making any mistakes. The candidate must have an introduction before telling the story, stating the origin of the story (which book the story is taken from, which publisher, who the author is, etc.). After telling the story, the candidate must draw lessons for themselves.

Each story is a maximum of 10 minutes, a minimum of 5 minutes. Time is calculated from when the contestant steps onto the stage to start the competition until the contestant says goodbye and finishes telling the story.

As a result, the two first prizes went to Nguyen Dinh Chieu Primary School (Hoa Thanh town) and Tan Bien Town Secondary School (Tan Bien district).

The Organizing Committee awarded 6 Second Prizes and 4 Third Prizes to the contestants. In addition, the most suitable illustration for the story belonged to Tan Bien Town Secondary School and the most emotional narration was awarded to Nguyen Quoc Thai, Tay Ninh Province School for the Disabled.
