The contest was attended by 398 contestants who were primary, secondary and high school students from 10 units: Dong Trieu, Uong Bi, Quang Yen, Ha Long, Cam Pha, Tien Yen, Binh Lieu, Hai Ha, Mong Cai and the Provincial People's Committee Delegation.
Candidates compete in 7 groups. Candidates compete in programming in groups A, B, C1 and C2 for primary, secondary, high school and specialized high school students. Groups D1, D2 and D3 compete in creative product content for primary, secondary and high school students.
The Quang Ninh Youth Informatics Contest, organized annually by the Provincial Youth Union, the Department ofEducation and Training, and Ha Long University since 2000 , has affirmed its prestige and attractiveness to students across the province, constantly encouraging young people to study, be creative, practice skills, and at the same time discover many IT talents in schools.
Thereby, continuing to arouse and spread the passion for technology in the young generation, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources to serve the development of science , technology, innovation and national digital transformation, actively contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of Quang Ninh province and the country in the digital age.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded first, second, third and consolation prizes to the contestants in each category. The Dong Trieu City delegation won the first prize overall at the contest.
