More than 1,500 officials and civil servants participate in AI application training

More than 1,500 civil servants attended the conference in person and online.

At the conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Head of the Department of Information Technology Applications, Ho Chi Minh City National University, introduced basic knowledge about AI and popular tools; instructions on how to install and use tools; and how to write effective requests (prompts) in the ChatGPT application.
The conference also spent a lot of time guiding civil servants to practice with text, images, audio and video in specific situations, especially applying AI to state management activities such as: drafting administrative documents; supporting research on legal documents; handling complaints and citizen feedback; supporting report writing and planning; supporting training and coaching...

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Vo Hoang Khai said that this conference is not only an opportunity to raise awareness about AI but also an important first step for the province to evaluate and direct the continued promotion of training and application of AI in practical management and service work for the people.

In the coming time, Dong Nai province will continue to research and develop more in-depth training programs, deploy specific AI application models in administrative management, improve the quality of public services, and contribute to the implementation of the goal of comprehensive digital transformation.

Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Vo Hoang Khai also emphasized that Dong Nai province determined that AI training needs to have a fast, systematic roadmap, suitable to the actual conditions and needs of the locality. The province's orientation is to promote the organization of training courses, seminars, and practical programs on AI for civil servants and public employees from the provincial to communal levels in the second quarter of 2025, moving towards deploying it to the entire population on multiple platforms under the name "AI Popular Education".

The AI ​​popularization training conference is one of the activities to promote the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation and Plan 433-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Resolution 57 in Dong Nai province.
