Finding solutions to effectively implement the emulation movement to build Vietnamese women in the new era

In her opening speech, Ms. Hoang Anh Tho, Deputy Chief of the Central Office of the Vietnam Women's Union, said that at the 13th National Women's Congress, the emulation movement to build Vietnamese women of the new era was unanimously launched with four criteria: knowledge, morality, health and responsibility for themselves, their families and society. Since its launch, the emulation movement to build Vietnamese women of the new era has been concretized and widely implemented by all levels of the union, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among cadres, members and women.

To evaluate the results of the emulation movement since its implementation, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union has selected Dong Nai province, Ninh Binh province and Hue city to survey and evaluate the implementation results, build models, and typical examples of implementing the emulation movement to build Vietnamese women in the new era and the emulation and reward work of the union at all levels.

At the seminar, delegates exchanged many opinions contributing to clarifying the achievements, shortcomings and limitations in the process of implementing the emulation movement to build Vietnamese women in the new era in the past time. At the same time, they exchanged and shared experiences, proposed solutions to effectively implement the emulation movement, contributing to improving the quality of emulation and reward work, creating motivation to promote the comprehensive development of women in the new period.

Speaking at the seminar, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union Le Thi Thai said that in Dong Nai, the emulation movement to build Vietnamese women of the new era was launched by the Provincial Women's Union right from the beginning of the term and was concretized by the unions at all levels with many models and activities suitable to the reality and needs and aspirations of members and women. In particular, the Women's Union at all levels has linked the emulation movement with many major campaigns and programs of the union, thereby creating many typical examples in various fields, spreading the values of Dong Nai women of the new era...

*Previously, on the evening of May 7, a working delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union had a meeting with the Women's Union of An Hoa Ward (Bien Hoa City) to survey and evaluate the implementation results, build models, and typical examples of the emulation movement to build Vietnamese women in the new era and the emulation and reward work of the union at all levels.
